We require 10% to 20% down with good credit, 20% to 30% down with other credit, subject to underwriting guidelines.

With a seller 2nd,  5% down, sometimes 0% down.  Much depends on the credit and financial strength of borrower.

Down payment may be a hypothication of a C.D., Stocks, Bonds, etc. 

Rates are tied to Prime.

Terms from 1 to 30 years, fully amortizing or interest only. 

Lot must have an approved perc test.

We require proof that lot can be built upon.  Letter from County Health Dept. is usually acceptable as proof.
